Here's a trick I used with the RR-18--A length of small size chain & some zip ties. Fastened a med. size zip tie every 24" with a 1" tag on end. Fasten on a small ring and snapped it to Big Foot. Now lay the chain on a painted line or snapped chalk line. With the RR-18, paint a dot on the chain at each zip tie. Easy layout, NO bending over. Snap a line at the zip tie image. Length of chain depends on layout. Got pictures--call me. It's illustrated in the Manual !!

I used this on some lines painted out 2 ft. next to each land scaped island in a NEW WalMart lot. They had to cross-hatched up to the curb. (crazy) This was done 3 times faster than bending over every 2ft. **One hint, if you do a lot of painting, place a piece of see-through shipping tape over the window, for easy claean-up.   I did this"With a Big Foot by myself".
